Second Life is a wonderful world to meet people all over the world.
That's really something I like a lot on SL.
You can live on the other side of the RL earth, but on SL you can dance together, or whatever you like to do together.
I always found that part very fascinating.
During my years on SL (and omg that's a long time...lol), I have met so many people.
Lots of interesting ones, some less interesting... but also good friends.
Some people come, others go.
Some you just like to forget as quick as possible, others you will remember for the rest of your life.
Everyone has their own interests to be on SL. I actually respect them all.
SL is the place to live your life, as you wish or dream to live.
For me, dance was always my passion.
On SL I found out at I can create dance shows and that has been my interest all my SL life.
I created Pink Lady Dancers after being a part of another dance group (New Brighton Belles) and started to make my own idea of shows.
Its something I like to do... and I love to do it my own way.
Some may like it, others don't. Most important is, at you like yourself what you do (that's my opinion)
I have seen lots of different dance shows. It's something I really like to see. I like to see the differences, creativity, fantasy... its often surprising again.
Some years ago, I arranged monthly Variety Shows (with success I have to say)
I have written that before....
There I really could see the creativity and fantasy grow with the years that passed by.
People learn, get ideas from others and make them till even better ideas.
I kinda miss it. I miss to see different kind of dancers/dance groups, doing shorter shows in a row.
Waterfront Theater arrange once a month (first Friday every month) a Variety Show with 15 minutes slots.
I have been to most of them... and it's really great to see those shorter, very different shows.

Grrrr what a bummer!!
How exciting it is, to meet people all over the world... The time zones sucks!!
At this moment, most scheduled dance shows on our DQ calendar, start from 5pm.
Grrr again... that's my 2 am in RL and even when I'm a "night owl", I need sleep as well.
Means at I never can see those (for me late) shows and of course I know I'm not the only one with this "problem".
But... we can not change that, it is how it is and we better make the best out of it ;o)
